Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at AndHealth. As a clinical leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the specialty pharmacy program and providing exceptional patient care and service to health center providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical guidance and oversight for the specialty pharmacy program.
  • Act as the senior clinical staff member at the specialty pharmacy.
  • Implement, oversee, and report on Quality Improvement Projects throughout the pharmacy locations.
  • Provide clinical services, therapeutic recommendations, and counseling to patients living with chronic conditions.
  • Regularly review and be familiar with clinical guidelines and literature necessary to manage patients' specialty care appropriately.

Requirements:

  • PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain licenses in multiple states.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy.
  • PGY1 residence or equivalent work experience.
  • CSP credential.
