Job Summary

Rockwood Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services to patients, including conducting physical exams, taking medical histories, and ordering diagnostic tests.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

  • Prescribe medications and order medical treatments as needed.

  • Conduct routine check-ups and health screenings to prevent and detect health problems.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements

  • Washington State Physician Assistant license by the time of employment.

  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.

  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
