Flexible Work Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time

Base Salary: $285,784 Annually PLUS (1.0 FTE)

Income Potential: Mid-$300,000+ after establishing a patient panel and depending on scheduling

Comprehensive Compensation Package including sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance. 18-month base guarantee.

Monthly Stipend for early resident sign-on.

Position Overview

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our thriving, well-established practice. We provide ambulatory-only primary care, supported by integrated services to ensure a sustainable and enjoyable practice environment. These resources include embedded behavioral health specialists, integrated RN Care Managers, medication refill assistance, and a well-equipped front and back-office staff.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible at the time of employment.
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
