- Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and drive growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with all local and national regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Establish and manage customer satisfaction goals, ensuring timely order fulfillment and product quality.
- Capital Planning: Lead capital planning and implementation efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Management: Manage department budgets, spending, and headcount, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for the facility, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Finance preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in multinational manufacturing operations, with direct and indirect reports; 5 years of experience in 24-hour/5-day and 24-hour/7-day plant operations.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills; experience with World Class Manufacturing processes and methods; proficiency in MS Office software.
- Personal Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to travel internationally for training; excellent knowledge of Indonesian regulations and laws.
