Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Couples/Family Therapist who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of diverse populations. This role is ideal for those looking to contribute to a culture of compassion, flexibility, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic services to couples, families, and groups.
  • Conduct mental health evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Manage a caseload of at least 25 clients per week to ensure full-time status.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to address mental health needs in the community.
  • Utilize innovative interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals.
  • Advocate for clients by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, including case managers and medical personnel.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with independent practice capability.
  • Experience in conducting psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience in couples and family therapy.
  • Proficiency in office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
