  • Diagnose psychological disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapy and consultations.
  • Conducts and documents initial psychological assessment of patients.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered.
  • Provide psychotherapy to include counseling, sexual counseling, cognitive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-based therapy, and behavior therapy.
  • Formulate and create personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for clients.
  • Provide individuals with resources needed to achieve personal goals.
  • Measure the effectiveness of interventions and implement changes where required.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of services provided to permit administrative audit and meet documentation requirements.
  • Provide family support and crisis management services as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed as LPC or LMFT in the state of Virginia.
  • Candidates near completion of being licensed are welcomed to apply.
  • Experienced with online consultation and psychological assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health problems.
  • Proficient with planning and performing psychological therapies, risk assessment, and training.
  • Ability to maintain and complete clinical documentation consistently and adhere to the statement of ethics and code of conduct as outlined by the service provider.
