We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team at Shaker for ChristianaCare Direct. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our growing team of providers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop phone triage support to patients
- Assist with walk-in triage as needed
- Conduct nurse visits and administer injections, immunizations, and other medical procedures
- Follow up with patients after hospital stays and transitions of care
Requirements:
- A graduate of a state-approved or National League of Nursing-accredited School of Nursing
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with physician office experience preferred
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a commitment to completing a BSN within three years is also considered
Special Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Delaware
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
