Regional Veterinary Hospital Director

Curo Pet Care is seeking a seasoned leader in the veterinary or medical industry to serve as its Regional Hospital Administrator for the San Diego and Orange County areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the ownership team to develop and execute regional strategic plans, including marketing, financial management, and vendor relationships.
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight of practice-level managers, including HR, bookkeeping, OSHA compliance, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement non-medical protocols, best practices, and staff training programs.
- Coordinate and oversee the development of new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor practices in the region.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in managing multi-site veterinary or medical operations.
- Deep expertise in HR, finance, marketing, facilities, and medical program support.
- CVPM certification is a plus.
