Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, social sciences, or public administration.
  • Thorough knowledge of civil rights laws, regulations, and court decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Paralegal certification or current enrollment in a paralegal or legal studies program.
