Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Planet 13, a leading provider of medical cannabis in Florida. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, educating patients about our products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and educating patients about our products.
  • Verify patient ID and cannabis card status to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Dispense medication and collect payment via POS register or upon delivery.
  • Maintain online pick-up orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients by accurately assessing their needs and providing accurate information.
  • Work with the Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events and plan and coordinate events to promote our products.
  • Support all marketing and sales efforts to ensure sales goals are met.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
