Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory levels, pricing merchandise, and promoting products to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure each guest receives stellar customer service and is welcomed into the store.
  • Maintain inventory levels throughout the store, including on shelves, counters, and tables.
  • Price merchandise with labels, SKU's, prices, and locations.
  • Blend and package products as necessary and where applicable.
  • Obtain merchandise requested by customers and field customer questions concerning location, product information, price, and uses for products.
  • Maintain solid, accurate, and current product knowledge to adequately promote the product.
  • Comply with operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation of the store.
  • Assess and notify management of low product inventory levels.
  • Help maintain store appearance by contributing towards daily chores.
Requirements
  • Proven customer focus with excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients, reading a scale, and following recipes.
Compensation

$15.00 per hour
