Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Planet 13 in Panama City Beach. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and educating customers about our products.
  • Verify customer ID and cannabis card status to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Make product recommendations to customers based on their physician's recommendation.
  • Access and utilize the state's Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) to dispense products to customers.
  • Collect payment via POS register or approved payment methods.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' prior customer service experience involving direct patient/customer interaction.
  • 21 years or older.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check.
