We are currently seeking a part-time Student Assistant - Campus Store Clerk to join our team at the Campus Store, where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our patrons.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming students and visitors to the store
  • Handling incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Identifying the purpose of calls and providing accurate information
  • Directing calls to the appropriate personnel or department
  • Processing transactions at the register
  • Assisting students in locating their course materials and other products
  • Receiving and organizing textbooks
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining sales floor presentation
  • Availability to work varied hours, as store operations run from 8 AM to 5 PM
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be currently enrolled as a student with a minimum of 6 credit hours
  • Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Possess effective communication skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times
  • Maintain confidentiality in all interactions
