Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Managers in day-to-day duties, including monthly billing and report preparation.
- Work closely with the Traffic Department to ensure error-free scheduling of advertiser schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service to viewers, responding promptly and professionally to phone calls and inquiries.
- Prepare reports for management as needed and maintain accurate records.
- Cross-train on all positions in the sales department to ensure a seamless workflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience in media or television.
- At least one year of experience in a sales or advertising role, preferably in the media industry.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
