Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Agent to join our front office team at Crescent Hospitality Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Tasks:

  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Process check-outs efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services and facilities, promoting up-selling techniques to maximize room occupancy.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
