The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

As a Bank Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced contact center environment, handling inbound member calls and providing solutions to their banking needs. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in banking products and services, and work with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle inbound member calls in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Develop banking product knowledge to attract new members and expand relationships with current members.
  • Advise and educate members on available USAA digital tools and resources to improve the user experience.
  • Provide outstanding member service by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service for our members by communicating clearly and professionally by phone or email.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating through multiple business applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
