Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Royal Care Certified. As a key member of our home care team, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide expert occupational therapy services, including assessments, treatments, and education to patients and their caregivers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform future care decisions.
Requirements
  • Current OT license and registration to practice in New York State.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in home care, with Medicare Part A experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
