About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at KSM. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing teams, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Manage and develop audit teams, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial statements
  • Develop and implement effective audit procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate complex audit findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear understanding and action
  • Manage and maintain audit documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients and prospects
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA or CA certification
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB regulations
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
