Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at Corewell Health. As a Pharmacy Specialist, you will be responsible for operating in a designated area of specialty, assuming ownership of your work, and ensuring quality and completeness of tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate in a designated area of specialty or assigned responsibilities above and beyond technician duties.
  • Assume ownership and ensure quality and completeness of work assigned.
  • Responsible for data collection and/or reporting related to assigned area/project.
  • Serve as a role model and leader in the department.
  • Escalate any concerns that are identified in their area of work through the chain of command.
  • Required to adhere to regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance.
  • Participate in training others in the area of specialty.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy required.
  • LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI State of Michigan required upon hire.
