About This Role

The Site Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of offsite subcontractor crews and Field Specialists. This role involves building strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing support for successful site installation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop strong partnerships with qualified subcontractors to meet project demands.
  • Conduct site tours and training sessions to familiarize subcontractors with company standards and expectations.
  • Evaluate potential subcontractors based on their cultural alignment, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that cover company guidelines, procedures, and best practices, including safety protocols and equipment usage.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments with subcontractor crews to evaluate their progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate pre-construction meetings with subcontractors to discuss project plans and expectations, and provide on-site support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance against key metrics such as on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery, quality, and safety.
  • Address performance deficiencies through targeted training or corrective actions and implement a comprehensive system for tracking and evaluating subcontractor performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with subcontractors and gain a thorough understanding of their business needs, identifying opportunities for strategic collaboration and growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to facilitate the success of subcontractors.
  • Analyze market trends and fluctuations in workload to forecast labor requirements based on demand and the project pipeline.
  • Ensure sufficient subcontractor capacity to meet project deliverables.

Your Requirements:

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in the construction industry.
  • Display a proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Show exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of construction industry best practices and standards.
  • Be capable of effectively training and developing others to improve performance and capabilities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
