ACERCA DEL PUESTO
El Vicepresidente de Iniciativas Estratégicas apoyará el desarrollo de estrategias y la dirección de programas (ejecución de estrategias) para iniciativas que mejoren procesos, sistemas y el rendimiento general. Este rol también será responsable de desarrollar y gestionar la capacidad de análisis empresarial necesaria para respaldar la estrategia empresarial. Además, será responsable del marketing estratégico con el objetivo de aumentar la cuota de mercado y la rentabilidad.
El candidato combinará sólidas capacidades analíticas con habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales excepcionales. Debe tener amplia experiencia en liderar proyectos orientados a objetivos desde la definición hasta la implementación en un entorno internacional. Debe estar familiarizado con metodologías de gestión de proyectos de última generación y podrá aplicarlas a los proyectos de la empresa dentro del marco de gestión de proyectos de la compañía.
Entregables y Responsabilidades
- Desarrollo, implementación y ejecución de estrategias.
- Desarrollo, implementación y ejecución de estrategias de marketing estratégico.
- Facilitar y guiar los procesos de desarrollo e implementación de estrategias y presentar argumentos estratégicos convincentes al equipo de gestión ejecutiva.
- Apoyar el desarrollo del plan financiero a cinco años y mantener y actualizar las iniciativas estratégicas correspondientes.
- Identificar, definir y promover nuevas iniciativas estratégicas para apoyar el logro de ambiciones de crecimiento y optimizar estructuras de costos y utilización de activos.
- Apoyar y guiar a los equipos de proyecto conceptualmente y analíticamente en la definición de modelos de negocio, estrategias comerciales y programas de mejora del rendimiento, asegurando la alineación con la Estrategia Corporativa y la Declaración de Misión.
- Monitorear y coordinar las actividades de los equipos de proyecto y gestionar las interfaces y dependencias de proyectos existentes.
- Colaborar con el gerente de proyectos estratégicos en iniciativas para asegurar la planificación de implementación y las medidas de progreso.
- Actuar como custodio de las hojas de ruta estratégicas para cada una de las funciones: Ventas, Servicio, Postventa, Gestión de productos y fabricación.
- Asesorar y liderar al equipo de gestión en aspectos estratégicos y organizacionales.

Para tener éxito en este rol, tu experiencia y competencias son:
- Título universitario.
- Más de 10 años de experiencia en negocios y/o estrategia; demostrada perspicacia empresarial.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en finanzas y análisis; conocimiento de sistemas de datos y herramientas de visualización.
- Demostradas habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral, fuertes habilidades de presentación ejecutiva.
- Experiencia liderando proyectos y promoviendo cambios; experiencia con programas de transformación a gran escala preferida.
- Capacidad para atraer, desarrollar y retener talento diverso de alto potencial.
