**Job Title:** Linux Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Linux Systems Administrator to join our team at Aimic Inc.

Salary: $120,000 per year

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Red Hat Linux environments, addressing technical issues, and implementing preventive measures to ensure system stability.

This role involves collaborating with IT teams to develop automation strategies, streamline deployment processes, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers.
  • Monitor server health using automated and manual processes.
  • Design and deploy monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Ansible).
  • Perform OS maintenance, upgrades, and apply updates.
  • Create test automation frameworks and enhance infrastructure functionality.
  • Maintain software repositories and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years with Linux operating systems.
  • Skills:
    • Scripting languages: Bash, Ansible, Python, Ruby, Perl.
    • Automation tools: Ansible.
    • Virtualized environments and services (e.g., Bind, Apache, MySQL, Nginx).
