Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UKG System Administrator to join our team at A. O. Smith Corporation in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the UKG Pro Workforce Management application, implementing new capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration with payroll and other systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the UKG product suite and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Be the subject matter expert on all aspects of UKG Pro Workforce Management to improve business processes, productivity, and day-to-day operations.
  • Manage integration with payroll and other analytics systems, configure and maintain business structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user access, pay rules, basic scheduling, absence management, and accruals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, write clear documentation, and provide training to end users.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operational teams to identify new opportunities and implement new functionalities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions or related system applications.
  • 3+ years minimum related work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of standard UKG Pro Workforce Management clock configuration and setups.
  • Knowledge of advanced scheduling concepts within UKG Pro Workforce Management.
  • Experience with Labor Categories, Attendance/Leave Policies, Shift Premiums, Shift Patterns, Assignment Profiles.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, SaaS solutions, and other systems.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, company-sponsored life insurance, retirement security savings plan, short- and long-term disability programs, and tuition assistance.
