We are seeking driven Mobile Retail Consultants to elevate our client's brand through engaging events and customer interactions.

In this role, you will assist customers in identifying and acquiring their desired products while ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and stimulate company growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding sales service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Uphold excellent store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
3. Recognize and address customer needs and preferences.
4. Recommend and display products that align with customer requirements.
5. Stay informed about product details and features.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures diligently.

Requirements:
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Quick thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
- Comfort in a dynamic, face-to-face sales environment.
- Passion for engaging with people.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Competitive nature and strong motivation.
- Team-oriented, assertive, goal-driven, positive, and self-motivated.
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma is required.
- Desire to thrive in a lively, fun, and fast-paced atmosphere.
- Strong multitasking abilities, including conversing while navigating our in-store marketing system.
- High level of integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
