Mobile Health Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Health Nurse to join our team at Global Medical Response. This is a unique opportunity to provide advanced medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Mobile Health Nurse, you will be part of a team of experienced professionals who are innovating the industry and transforming the way we deliver high-acuity care. You will work closely with physicians, RNs, and care coordinators to discuss patient care and work as a consolidated care team.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with healthcare professionals to discuss patient care and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Triage patient acuity using established protocols and online consultation with physicians.
  • Set up and support the in-home care environment, ensuring a safe and effective treatment space.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and primary care physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Apply expert nurse skills in a non-traditional environment, providing high-quality care to patients.
  • Model professional behavior and promote a positive work environment.
  • Multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with other clinicians.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of registered nurse experience.
  • Current and valid registered nurse license in Connecticut.
  • Maintain all necessary certifications, including CPR, ACLS, and PALS.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Current MMR and Hepatitis B vaccinations, consent to annual TB testing, and annual flu shot prior to November 1st each year.
