### Job Title
Senior Graphics Software Engineer

### Job Summary
At Qualcomm, we are seeking a Senior Graphics Software Engineer to join our team. As a leading technology innovator, we push the boundaries of what's possible to enable next-generation gaming, XR, and AI experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, design, implement, verify, and optimize the structure and performance of GPU hardware, drivers, features, applications, and tools.

### Responsibilities
* Apply graphics knowledge and experience to architect, design, implement, and verify the structure and performance of GPU hardware, drivers, features, applications, and tools.
* Write code for features, drivers, and APIs using different languages (e.g., C, C++, perl, python) and ensure code will perform effectively on different platforms.
* Maintain comprehensive pre- and post-silicon tests using tools and methods in different environments (e.g., simulation, emulation, on-device) to verify performance and identify issues.
* Collaborate with teams and external stakeholders to expose new features and functionality that align with needs and goals for implementation and customization.
* Write detailed design documentation and feature descriptions for projects to guide developers and/or customers to use or implement software.

### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Game Rendering, or related work experience.
* OR Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Game Rendering, or related work experience.
* OR PhD in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
* 1+ year of academic and/or work experience with one or more programming language suitable for graphics (e.g., C++, C).

### Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
* 2+ years of relevant GPU experience.
* 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director and above).

### Pay Range
$116,900.00 - $175,300.00
