The **Sales and Service Associate** should have a passion for engaging with customers, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy teamwork.

This role focuses on enhancing the shopping experience through comprehensive product knowledge and attentive customer service, aimed at consistently boosting sales and operational efficiency.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Achieving Sales Goals: Contribute to revenue growth by delivering outstanding customer experiences while managing various tasks. Understand the objectives of the company and store.
  2. Customer Engagement and Expertise: Actively interact with customers to meet their needs by fostering relationships and sharing product insights.
  3. Operational Standards: Ensure that both the sales floor and stockroom are maintained in a clean, organized manner daily. Participate in shipment processing, restocking, and other essential tasks.
  4. Visual Merchandising: Assist in implementing company guidelines to make effective merchandising choices and uphold store standards.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements:

The **Sales and Service Associate** is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and exemplifying best practices in sales and service.

This role is crucial in supporting the operational effectiveness of the store, collaborating closely with management to communicate goals and priorities, manage daily tasks, and share knowledge.

The **Sales and Service Associate**'s key duties include, but are not limited to:
  1. Sales Performance: Understand all aspects of store operations and metrics; in the absence of management, assist in setting objectives. Drive revenue, oversee customer interactions, and maintain high service standards.
  2. Customer Service Excellence: Engage proactively with customers, enhancing their experience and broadening product knowledge to drive results.
  3. Operational Excellence: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom. Participate in inventory processing and other essential tasks.
  4. Merchandising Standards: Utilize company guidelines to make effective merchandising decisions and uphold store standards.
  5. Training and Development: Assist in onboarding new employees by providing training in customer service and operational procedures.
