Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate - Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot, and ensuring carts are available and in good condition.
• Assist with club pick up orders, including contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, informing them of unavailable products, and offering alternative options.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, and promote the company's products and services.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience, including operating a cash register and working with mobile retail applications, preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to members.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
