About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Luxus, a leading luxury architecture and design firm. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple architectural projects from design development to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of various-sized projects, from schematic design to construction administration
  • Apply advanced architectural concepts and designs to deliver high-end projects
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, including less experienced team members
  • Responsible for project management and financial performance, including client budgets, schedules, and programs
  • Act as the primary client liaison to ensure project completion meets client satisfaction
  • Identify services outside of scope and communicate with clients accordingly
  • Lead meetings, maintain meeting notes, and create agendas as needed
Requirements
  • Professionally accredited BArch or MArch degree required
  • Licensure preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, preferably in single-family residential
  • Experienced in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up
  • Proven experience leading a team and managing consultants
  • Strong technical detailing skills
  • Excellent sketch and visualization capabilities

Work Environment

We work in a collaborative, indoor office environment at the top of the historic Meadows Building at Energy Square. This is a great location with quick access to US-75 and the Lovers Lane DART Station practically on site.

Normal work hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Monday through Friday with one hour for lunch, but we are flexible if our business and customers' needs remain priority #1. Occasionally, there may be a need to work outside of normal work hours or weekends to meet project deadlines. Some local travel is required. There may be an occasion that requires overnight travel.

This is a largely sedentary role and requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, operate a keyboard, and communicate clearly and effectively on the phone, in-person, and via written communication.
