Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and building codes.
- Manage and coordinate with external consultants, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experts.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including construction drawings, permits, and submittal packages.
- Monitor project profitability and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members.
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
- Architectural licensure preferred.
- LEED accreditation desirable.
- Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
