Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, using project management software
  • Microsoft Office experience
It's great if you also have:
  • Ability to travel up to 85%
  • Certification(s) such as PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma
  • Experience in a transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of professional services economics
  • Experience with change management processes
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Experience in staff management and development, including a solid track record of mentoring Project Managers
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
