About the Role

This is a key position within Transcend Solutions, responsible for the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our client's Digital Health website pages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web management, proficiency in coding languages, and experience with content management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management: Regularly update website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align the website with business goals, optimize for search engines, and lead web-related projects from conception to completion.
  • Project Management: Drive project deadlines and deliverables, and report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels.
  • Technical Expertise: Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices and browsers, and have experience with version control systems like Git.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web content management, with experience in web content management for developers.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to provide clarity in complex situations and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with content creation pipeline, from ideation to publication, and experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
