Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team at Quality Equipment, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers in the agricultural, commercial, and residential sectors.

In this role, you will be responsible for representing the company in sales transactions within your local geographic area. You will need to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits of all equipment sold by Quality Equipment, including riding lawn mowers, commercial mowing equipment, utility vehicles, tractors, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new customers in your local area and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and complete all required documentation.
  • Work closely with the store sales team and supervisor to manage the work schedule and ensure full store coverage.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of local conditions and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
