Job Summary

The City of St. Clair Shores is seeking a highly skilled Fire Fighter/Paramedic to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to emergency response and patient care.

To be successful in this position, applicants must possess a valid driver's license, a State of Michigan or National Registry issued Paramedic License, and Fire Fighter I and II Certifications. Additionally, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be a citizen of the United States of America and be at least 21 years old.
  2. Have a valid driver's license.
  3. Possess a State of Michigan or National Registry issued Paramedic License and Fire Fighter I and II Certifications prior to offer of employment.
  4. Supply the following documents with the application: copy of Driver's License, and Birth Certification.
  5. Meet the criminal history requirements and background check requirements of the City of St. Clair Shores Fire Department.
