Job Summary

The Line Attendant - Associate is responsible for preparation, monitoring food levels during meal service and cleanup of buffet line.

Ministry Requirements
  • Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
  • Faithfully upholds BGEA in prayer
  • Participates in daily BGEA staff devotions including Bible reading, and leading group prayer as schedule permits
  • Demonstrates behavior aligned with BGEA's Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Hallmarks, policies, and expectations
  • Effectively represents Jesus Christ to those within both personal and professional spheres of influence
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintains, stocks and cleans beverage stations
  • Opens and closes beverage stations at scheduled times
  • Ensures buffet line(s) are prepped 15 minutes before service begins
  • Coordinates with kitchen staff to refresh buffet lines as needed
  • Maintains cleanliness and culinary presentation of buffet line(s)
  • Maintains neat and orderly storage area
  • Observes NC Health Regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary work and service environment

The Title VII Exception for Employment

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) is a faith-based religious organization committed to spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ through every effective means. Benefits Summary:

Associate or Seasonal employees may work up to 19 hours a week (not to exceed 1000 hours a year (calendar/sequential)), and are not eligible for any benefits.
