Job Summary

West Coast Arborists, Inc., a leading provider of tree maintenance services, is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team at our corporate office in Anaheim. As a Payroll Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and edit payroll records using our internal software program, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Input time records weekly and as requested, resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly payroll, addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Enter, update, and review employee information using our internal software program, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain, organize, and update employee filing systems, including master files, and scan payroll and personnel documents for digital storage.
  • Sort and prepare payroll checks for delivery, as well as assist with other clerical duties and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma with some college preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
  • Experience with payroll and LCP Tracker software preferred.
