Job Title: Financial Controller

About the Role:
GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including general and subsidiary ledgers, month-end closing processes, and financial meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, purchasing, inventory, and closing entries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Develop and implement financial planning, policy implementation, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate audits, tax preparation, and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
  • Monitor receivables, manage accounts payable compliance, and maintain vendor and financial community relationships.
  • Contribute to company growth and risk management.
  • Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring performance and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, reporting, and management.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, ADP Workforce Now, MS Office, G Suite, and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, waste management, or environmental services is a plus.
