Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient production and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
