Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our home health care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to seniors and individuals with chronic diseases or injuries in their homes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Care for seniors and individuals with chronic diseases or injuries in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, and nutritional intake
- Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Monitor vital signs, measure intake/output, and document any changes
- Collaborate with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
Requirements:
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation
- Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
