Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties
  • Engage with patients, medical staff, and peers while adhering to professional conduct
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of patient care alongside a diverse healthcare team
  • Utilize imaging technology for vascular imaging procedures
  • Guarantee superior image quality and adhere to post-imaging protocols
  • Implement safety measures related to radiation exposure
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and support physicians during interventions
  • Organize necessary equipment and perform diagnostic imaging with sterile techniques
  • Assist with arterial and venous access under supervision
  • Maintain a hygienic and secure workspace, ensuring proper equipment functionality
  • Comply with radiation safety standards and equipment upkeep
Qualifications

Essential Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical imaging (Preferred)
  • ARRT (R) Radiography Certification
  • ACLS certification to be obtained within 6 months of employment
  • BLS - Healthcare Provider certification
  • Certification in Cardiovascular Technology
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Capability to work autonomously with patients and imaging equipment
  • Familiarity with tools and materials utilized in the Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology Lab settings
Behavioral Standards
