Key Responsibilities

  • Take orders from guests and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for throughout their visit.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment.
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays.
  • Certified in responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law).
