About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our Meta Retail team in West Hollywood, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through immersive demos of Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses and other cutting-edge wearable products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of retail sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain sales support databases and provide information to customers
  • Determine consumer needs and drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Lead by example and empower team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail sales management experience
  • 3+ years of customer-facing expertise in retail sales
  • Demonstrated strength in teaching and coaching techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and foster business relationships
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
