About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meta Experience Expert to join our team at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. as a Seasonal Full-Time position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through immersive and interactive demonstrations of cutting-edge wearable technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert on our client's products, including accessories, and provide in-depth knowledge to customers.
  • Lead and execute large events within the dedicated space, creating engaging and immersive experiences for attendees.
  • Achieve all goals and key performance indicators, working closely with the Retail Manager to develop action plans when targets are not met.
  • Perform day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining interactive customer displays.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail.
  • 1+ years of experience in events presentation.
  • Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on-camera abilities.
  • Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to train team members.
  • Must be results and detail-oriented, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology.
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
