About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Experience Expert to join our Meta Retail team at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience through immersive, hands-on demos of wearable technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Retail Manager in managing a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and execute large-scale events within the dedicated space, creating immersive experiences for attendees.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on Experience Experts to confirm retention of product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Perform day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining interactive customer displays.
  • Achieve all goals and key performance indicators, in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail.
  • 1+ years in events presentation.
  • Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on-camera abilities.
  • Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to train team members.
  • Must be results and detail-oriented.
  • Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology.
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work well both in a team environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time.
  • Flexible availability including weekends.
