- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, merchandising, and transportation, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (e.g., management, logistics, business administration, financial management, production/operations management).
- 2 years of experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide.

We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000.00-$169,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting. Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more.
