  • Identifying and quickly solving problems or seeking management support
  • Effectively communicating with management and other team members
  • Consistently performing work tasks according to training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions
  • Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times
  • Adhering to safety and security practices, including reporting safety hazards and injuries to management
  • Attending and completing all required trainings and meetings

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgment
  • To be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
