POSITION SUMMARY

This role is essential for responding to emergency calls, delivering urgent medical assistance, and facilitating non-emergency patient transfers. Responsibilities encompass patient care, operation of emergency vehicles and equipment, community engagement, and additional duties as required. Your contribution is vital in enhancing community health outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-quality patient care and maintain accurate medical records
  • Safely operate emergency vehicles and medical equipment
  • Engage with the public and foster positive community relations
  • Oversee the activities of non-supervisory staff
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of high school education along with specialized training in emergency medical services
  • Relevant experience in the field and prior management experience
  • Certification as a Paramedic in Arkansas, along with ACLS and PALS certifications

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficient in word processing and typing
  • Intermediate skills in presentation software
  • Basic knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and programming languages

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
