This is a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering the highest quality of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently handle patient samples with precision and accuracy.
- Perform routine tests with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Interpret test data, troubleshoot, and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (including Military Degrees).
- Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician (NCA, ASCP, AMT) or exam eligible.
- 1-3 years of experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross, with ongoing recertification.
- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.
- PTO.
- 401(k).
