Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be stationed at our Pull-A-Part location, where you will be responsible for the following tasks and qualifications:

  • Engage in a workplace culture that prioritizes "Safety First" and "Environmental Responsibility," adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Execute daily responsibilities with a positive mindset, focusing on our core values: Respect, Assist, Learn, and Develop.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the facility and your designated work area.
  • Interact with customers to provide friendly, helpful, and professional service.
  • Accurately identify automotive components available for purchase.
  • Assist customers in utilizing our digital kiosks or mobile devices to check inventory.
  • Process cash and credit transactions for customers at admissions and checkout.
  • Handle and process vehicle titles and related documentation.
  • Read, interpret, and input data into our computer systems for precise record-keeping.
  • Provide warranty details to customers.
  • Communicate sales promotions and upcoming events to customers.
  • Achieve personal and team performance objectives.
  • Adhere to the Company Playbook, which encompasses all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Follow the company dress code policy.
  • Acquire new skills, support your colleagues, and complete additional retail tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Dedication to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • Experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive parts—ability to identify a wide range of components.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including cash handling.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness and capability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stretch as required by specific tasks.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Willingness to work in an industrial environment (primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure) under varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Preferred qualifications (not mandatory) include:
  • Experience in auto parts sales.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
