    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology solutions, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
    • Develop and enforce security and data governance practices to safeguard sensitive information and uphold data integrity.
    • Conduct regular assessments of architecture and technology solutions to ensure ongoing compliance and performance.
  • Mentorship & Team Development:
    • Guide and mentor architecture and technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
    • Lead recruitment initiatives for architecture and engineering talent, building a high-performing team.
    • Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
    • Strong grasp of cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure design.
    • Expertise in software development practices, including Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
    • Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data architecture design.
    • Familiarity with security principles, data governance, and compliance standards.
  • Certifications:
    • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Architect (CISA), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF certification, or similar are preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to devise innovative solutions to complex challenges.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
